The school was upgraded to X in the year 93-94 and later upgraded to XII Sc. In 95-96.
The new building has been inaugurated by the Honorable Commissioner on 4th April, 2009. Commerce stream has been introduced in the session 2009-10. Presently two streams Science and Commerce in XI and XII are in vidyalaya.
